Hillsborough House of Hope provides a temporary residence for women who
have been incarcerated in the Hillsborough County Jail. The home
provides a safe and supportive environment for women while they locate a
permanent residence and get a job. To get more information please visit

Kids and Canines
gives at-risk truant middle school teens a new "leash"
on life. Students are paired with a dog, for the purpose of training the
dog to be a helpmate to a person with physical disabilities, or a child
